Kelly practices in Norris McLaughlin, P.A.’s Labor and Employment Law group, focusing on litigation matters and on advising clients, both employers and employees, on employment law matters. He has experience with employment agreements, as well as negotiation of employment and severance packages, employee policy manuals, and appeals, including discrimination and sexual harassment suits, workplace investigations, and wage and hour compliance and investigations.
