NEW YORK, NY—Global law firm Hogan Lovells announced today that Rupa Briggs has joined as a capital markets partner in the firm’s Corporate & Finance practice group in the New York office.
Rupa joins from Cooley, where she represented issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions. Rupa brings a deep understanding of counseling public companies and their boards on complex securities and corporate law matters.
