CLEVELAND, OH—McGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce Stefanie Deka (Cleveland) has been named Co-Chair of National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL)’s NAWL Moms Affinity Group. NAWL Moms aims to support attorney moms as they navigate the balance of parenting and lawyering through to shared experiences, networking, and information sharing.
Stefanie counsels national mortgage servicing companies, auto finance, and banks in cases and arbitrations involving federal and state regulatory matters. She defends lawsuits alleging violations of state and federal consumer statutes and common law claims.
