DALLAS, TX—Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Jennifer M. Trulock, former chair of Baker Botts’ labor and employment practice, has joined the firm’s Dallas office as a partner in the Labor & Employment Practice Group, continuing Bradley’s growth in Texas.
Ms. Trulock advises companies on managing workplace legal issues, conducting investigations into employee misconduct, and preventing employment lawsuits. She also regularly handles acquisition and divestiture employment issues, including due diligence, pre-merger planning and post-merger integration issues.
