Burke is a member of the firm’s corporate department, advising and assisting clients with business formations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. Burke provides counsel to cannabis retail businesses in Vermont, advising on all aspects of licensing and compliance. She also assists in the formation, regulation, and governance of legal entities for decentralized autonomous organizations and other blockchain companies.
