BOSTON, MA—Boston law firm Davis Malm announces that shareholder Samuel B. (Sandy) Moskowitz has been appointed to the Supreme Judicial Court (SJC) Standing Committee on Pro Bono Legal Services for a three-year term, effective January 2024. Mr. Moskowitz and fellow members of the committee will help promote and encourage volunteer legal work in Massachusetts to help people of limited means who need legal representation.
Mr. Moskowitz is a real estate attorney focusing on condominium law, title issues, real estate litigation and development. He routinely represents condominium associations throughout Massachusetts, and over his 43-year legal career, has been recognized for his expertise in both residential and commercial condominium development, operation and financing.
