BOSTON, MA—Morgan, Brown & Joy partners Ryan W. Jaziri and Alexandra Pichette presented on the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) program, “Moving for & Opposing Motions for Summary Judgment,” on February 28, 2024.
Pichette, who served as chair of the program, presented the opening session, “Overview of Summary Judgment Motion Practice in Massachusetts State and Federal Court.”
Jaziri presented “Strategic Considerations in the Discovery Phase of Your Employment Case That Will Help You Move for or Defend Against a Motion for Summary Judgment.”
Each session examined the best ways to prepare an employment case for a successful motion for summary judgment or to defend against a motion for summary judgment.
