Gerald Maggio is an experienced family law and divorce attorney dedicated to providing a personalized approach to each client's legal representation based on their needs. Gerald understands that divorce is one of the most stressful and agonizing events that someone can ever experience in life, and he works with clients to help them get through their divorce or family law matters as quickly and painlessly as possible. He is also a trained divorce mediator who has amicably resolved many cases out of court because the court system is not necessarily always the best option for resolving cases. He believes in the mediation process to help families resolve their conflicts peacefully in the hopes of preserving family assets, integrity, and respect, in the real world, with the understanding that the court should always be the forum of very last resort.
