This program will discuss the latest Practice Forward Report and provide insight into ways lawyers and firms should plan to prepare themselves and their practices for the changes in the profession. Including, practical considerations to correctly close out your calendar year legal practice and mental health and well-being considerations that will help you and your staff avoid end of year burn-out.

ABA’s Practice Forward 2022 Report highlights changes in the way lawyers and law firms need to think and to prepare for 2023, while creating a culture that can thrive in a post-pandemic legal world. This program considers aspects of practice often overlooked, ways to plan for the seemingly never-ending emotional issues wrought by the pandemic, and how to prepare for success in a world no longer based solely on an in-office model.
