The Authentic Lawyer Summit

Amidst record high rates of burnout, depression, and career dissatisfaction, the last thing the legal industry needs is another conference. This isn’t one.

The inaugural Authentic Lawyer Summit promises to deliver a forceful mandate for change in the legal profession.

Conceptualized by two friends who decided they had enough of the status quo for lawyers, Aaron Baer (founder of 4L Academy) and Dhawal Tank (Head of Business Development at Renno & Co) purposefully designed the agenda to energize dialogue and spark action: sessions are spread across digestible, interactive 20-minute slots aim to provoke meaningful discussions about mental health, women in law, business development, parenting, family and relationships.

The three-day virtual program runs from November 8-10, 2022, organized around unfiltered conversations, guided networking sessions, and hands-on workshops meant to cultivate authenticity and meaningful change in the business and practice of law. The Summit brings together voices from legal tech, law firms, corporate legal departments, wellness and performance coaching, community-builders, talent management – even memelords.
