Chetan Gupta is a privacy lawyer with a decade of experience advising on privacy related matters in various contexts, including with respect to GDPR and CCPA compliance. In 2018, he received the Privacy Papers for Policymakers Award from the Future of Privacy Forum and presented his paper titled, "The Market’s Law of Privacy: Case Studies in Privacy/Security Adoption" before the United States Senate and global policymakers in Washington DC. He has law degrees from Oxford and Berkeley and is licensed to practice in India and California.
