CLEVELAND, OH—Frantz Ward is pleased to announce Kalynne N. Proctor joins the firm as an associate in its nationally-recognized Construction Practice Group. She is the third associate in seven months to join the firm’s growing Construction Practice Group and the sixth associate to the join the firm since December.
Proctor focuses her practice on construction law and related litigation. She has represented clients in construction litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings related to disputes involving defects and workmanship issues, delay and other schedule-related claims, payment disputes, as well as the perfection and foreclosure of mechanic’s liens. Proctor also has experience in complex commercial litigation, labor and employment law and insurance recovery. She has significant experience in multiple aspects of litigation, including managing pre-litigation disputes, research, discovery and trial. Proctor earned her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and her B.S. from The Ohio State University.
