Bradley Attorneys Elected to Leadership Roles with Birmingham Bar Association

BIRMINGHAM, AL—Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that four of the firm’s attorneys have been elected to serve in leadership roles with the Birmingham Bar Association (BBA) for the 2024 term.

Birmingham partner Stanley E. Blackmon, the immediate past president of the Young Lawyers Section (YLS), was elected to the Place 2 seat on the BBA’s Executive Committee.

Serving in roles for the BBA’s YLS are Carmen E. Weite, who has been reappointed vice president of public service, and Mason Kruse and Riley McDaniel, who have been appointed as members of the YLS Executive Committee. Randi McCoy, a practice manager at Bradley, will also serve on the Executive Committee. All five will serve one-year terms effective January 1, 2024.

Mr. Blackmon is a partner in Bradley’s Appellate Practice Group and concentrates his practice on high-stakes and appellate litigation throughout the federal and state court systems

Ms. Weite litigates a variety of civil and commercial disputes.

Mr. Kruse is a member of Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group, as well as the Cannabis Industry team.

Mr. McDaniel focuses his practice on high-stakes and appellate litigation and has litigated a range of commercial, pharmaceutical, product liability and healthcare matters.
