DENVER- CO—Foley Hoag LLP announced Brooke Yates has been named Partner in Charge of the firm’s Denver office. In this role Yates will oversee daily operation of that office in close collaboration with Managing Partners Jim Bucking and Jeff Collins. In particular, Yates will work with firm leadership to grow the Denver office; champion and support its lawyers and business services professionals; and act to uplift the local community.
Yates is part of Foley Hoag’s Insurance Recovery practice. She represents businesses in multi-party commercial litigation and construction disputes throughout the United States and internationally. She also advises policyholders in disputes with their insurers in nearly all aspects of insurance coverage.
