Sidley received the top ranking for campaigns globally and in the United States by number of campaigns. Bloomberg also ranked Sidley as No. 1 defense law firm in “Value of the Activist Stake” category with US$7.3 billion, which aggregates the activist stakes in companies represented by Sidley. Additionally, Sidley was ranked as the No. 1 defense law firm in the Consumer Discretionary, Financials, Investment Fund, and Real Estate industry sectors.
