CHICAGO, IL—The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Tim Brinkley has rejoined the firm’s Chicago office as a partner in the Franchise & Distribution and Business Law Practice Groups. Prior to rejoining Quarles, Brinkley worked in-house at three multinational fast food restaurant franchises and as a commercial real estate lawyer at a national firm.
Brinkley works on transactional and regulatory matters for franchise companies. He provides day-to-day legal counsel to franchise companies and initial advice to companies that want to franchise their business concept. Brinkley drafts and updates franchise disclosure documents and handles other aspects of federal and state regulatory compliance with respect to franchising.
