Based in Cohen Seglias’ Newark office, Ryan counsels general contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, and design professionals on all aspects of construction law. He specializes in litigation matters for construction clients throughout New Jersey and New York, and also frequently advises clients regarding ongoing distressed projects.
