Practicing in the Financial Institutions Compliance practice, Julia supports financial institutions in remaining compliant with the varying regulatory regimes under which they operate. Julia is one of the 50 attorneys McGlinchey welcomed in 2023, as part of a focused recruitment initiative aimed at expanding its nationally recognized team.
Julia works with clients ranging from mortgage, manufactured housing, and student lenders, as well as FinTechs., sales finance companies, other direct and indirect lenders, and service providers. Her previous paralegal experience and handling closings as a realtor affords her a global understanding of the real estate life cycle. As a former freelance journalist and editor managing a team of writers, Julia excels at crafting effective communications for legal and business audiences.
