NEW YORK, NY—Lowenstein Sandler announced today that Kegan A. Brown has joined its Environmental Law & Litigation group as a partner in its New York and New Jersey offices. Brown represents clients throughout the full lifecycle of complex environmental and products liability litigations and regulatory matters, particularly involving per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) or natural resource damages.
Brown’s practice focuses on complex environmental, products liability and toxic tort litigations; environmental regulatory matters, including Superfund and state-equivalent programs and natural resource damage claims.
