Cohen Seglias Expands Harrisburg Office with Addition of Nauman Smith

HARRISBURG, PA—Cohen Seglias is pleased to announce that the firm is expanding its Harrisburg, Pennsylvania office with the arrival of Nauman Smith partners Joshua D. Bonn, Benjamin C. Dunlap Jr., J. Stephen Feinour and Craig J. Staudenmaier, and associate Nicholas O. Schwartz. The five attorneys, along with the Nauman Smith team of administrative professionals, are set to join Cohen Seglias on February 1. Long-time senior partner Spencer G. Nauman, Jr. announced his retirement effective January 31 after more than 62 years with the firm.

Joshua D. Bonn is a trial attorney representing clients in railroad, media, land use, and insurance matters and has been involved with numerous high-profile cases.

Benjamin C. Dunlap Jr. concentrates his practice in business and employment law for companies ranging in size from startups to major national corporations.

J. Stephen Feinour represents large and medium-sized businesses and individuals in business law, real estate, litigation, estate planning, and estate administration matters.

Craig J. Staudenmaier concentrates on right-to-know and media law in Pennsylvania and has been at the forefront of issues and landmark cases stemming from the Commonwealth’s open records and meetings laws.

Nicholas O. Schwartz assists clients with estate planning and administration needs, focusing on wealth management, tax minimization, and asset preservation.
