AUSTIN, TX—Littler has added Tara Porterfield as senior counsel in its Austin office. Porterfield joins from Vinson & Elkins and brings more than 20 years of employment litigation experience.
Porterfield focuses her practice exclusively on employment law litigation and counseling. She represents employers in disputes involving wage and hour issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act, employment contracts, discrimination and other employment law violations, in state and federal trial and appellate courts in multiple jurisdictions.
