RICHMOND, VA—The Virginia law firm Gentry Locke is pleased to announce that attorneys Jeffrey P. Miller and Ryan J. Starks have been promoted to partnership, effective January 1, 2024.
Miller is a member of the firm’s Civil Defense Litigation practice group, where he frequently defends trucking companies in catastrophic injury, brain injury, and wrongful death cases, in addition to his work defending retailers and amusement parks and litigating various commercial and intentional tort claims.
Starks is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group, where he assists clients with complex business and civil disputes in state and federal courts throughout Virginia.
