BOSTON, MA—Sherin and Lodgen LLP continues to strengthen its bench of talent with the addition of three associates across several of the firm’s core practice areas. Kaila D. Clark joins the firm’s Litigation Department, Vaughn D. Gendron joins the Business Law Department, and Nghia D. Trinh joins the Real Estate Department.
Clark represents clients in complex civil and business disputes in state and federal court. Her experience spans all stages of litigation. Prior to joining Sherin and Lodgen, she served as a judicial law clerk on both the Connecticut Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She also practiced as a complex commercial litigation associate at an AmLaw 200 firm.
Gendron’s experience includes representing businesses in a variety of corporate and transactional matters. During law school, he served as a legal intern with Universal Music Group, where he handled corporate matters within the music and entertainment industry. Prior to joining Sherin and Lodgen, he worked as a Corporate Associate at a full-service Massachusetts law firm.
Trinh works with retailers, developers, landlords, and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate. Prior to joining Sherin and Lodgen, he worked at American Tower as a Tower Asset Protection Program attorney and Legal Shared Services attorney. Before that, he served as staff attorney for the Asian Outreach Project at Community Legal Aid in Worcester, Massachusetts.
