TAMPA, FL—Trenam Law announced that Robert Stern, a shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate and Lending Transactions Practice Group and a member of the Executive Board, has been appointed president of the Tampa Downtown Partnership, serving as the leader of strategy for the future of Tampa’s Downtown.
Throughout his more than 35 years of practicing real estate law in Tampa, Stern has played a significant role in advising on the region’s development. His leadership brings substantial experience in real estate strategy, downtown placemaking, urban development, and public-private partnerships through his work at Trenam and in the community. Stern is well positioned to advance a vision for downtown that balances public investment, private development, and community priorities.
