ST LOUIS, MO—Stinson LLP welcomed Sanja Ord as a partner in the firm’s Health Care & Insurance Practice Division. Based in St. Louis, Ord brings broad experience advising health care providers and organizations on the regulatory, transactional and operational issues that shape their businesses and patient care. Her addition expands Stinson’s health care capabilities in St. Louis and strengthens the firm’s ability to serve health care clients throughout Missouri and the region.
Ord counsels hospitals, health systems, physician practices and other health care organizations on a wide range of matters involving compliance, transactions and day-to-day operations. Her practice includes physician and hospital arrangements, health care transactions, reimbursement, medical staff matters and operational disputes, giving her a broad view of the legal issues providers encounter as they operate and grow.
