NEW YORK, NY—Lowenstein Sandler announced today that Hila Cohen has joined as a partner in its Venture Funds Launch Group. Based in New York, Cohen will work closely with lawyers in the firm’s Investment Management & Private Funds and Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) groups to advise venture fund sponsors on fund formation, fundraising, regulatory considerations, and business-building strategies. She has a particular focus on helping emerging managers launch investment advisory firms and flagship funds.
