MIAMI, FL—Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine, P.L. is continuing its investment in the next generation of legal talent with the selection of Tomas Carmona as the 2026 recipient of the H.T. Smith Legal Studies Scholarship, while welcoming two scholarship program alumni full time, and two new attorneys to the firm’s growing litigation team.
The firm also welcomed back Taiye Ajayi, the 2025-26 scholarship recipient, who will join Kluger Kaplan as an associate following her graduation from the University of Miami School of Law and admission to the Florida Bar.
In addition to its scholarship program, the firm has expanded its litigation bench with the addition of Roselvin S. Edelman as Of Counsel and Patrick C. Furman as an Associate. Edelman focuses her practice on trusts and estates, guardianship and complex commercial disputes, with more than 15 years of experience representing individuals, fiduciaries and corporate clients. Furman focuses on civil and commercial litigation, representing clients in business disputes, fraud matters and other complex cases.
