Quarles Announces Election of New Partners

MILWAUKEE, WI—Quarles & Brady LLP announced today that nine people have been elected to the firm’s partnership, effective today. The new partners are Mike Chargo, Shauna Manion, Shamika Mazyck, Nate Oesch, Randy Pflum, Lauren Rosso, Aaron Sagedahl, Sydney VanBerg and Julia Wischmeier.

Mike Chargo, a member of the Corporate Group in the Madison, Wis. office advises on mergers and acquisitions and serves as outside general counsel for many of his clients.

Shauna Manion, a Milwaukee-based member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts, with a particular focus on contract, shareholder and other business litigation.

Shamika Mazyck, a Health & Life Sciences attorney in Indianapolis represents pharmacies, wholesale drug distributors, drug manufacturers, practitioner groups, home infusion providers and other healthcare entities in acquisitions and other strategic transactions.

Nate Oesch, a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in the Milwaukee office focuses on appellate, class action defense, insurance coverage and intellectual property (IP) litigation matters.

Randy Pflum, a Madison-based Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditor’s Rights attorney counsels clients in matters related to business litigation, commercial litigation and all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings, receiverships and workouts.

Lauren Rosso, a Litigation & Dispute Resolution attorney in Milwaukee represents electric and natural gas utilities before the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin and on appeal.

Aaron Sagedahl, a member of the Health & Life Sciences Practice Group in the Minneapolis office focuses on nationwide licensing and government program enrollment issues and compliance, business formation and general regulatory compliance issues.

Sydney VanBerg, a member of the Product Liability Practice Group in Madison defends clients against product liability and personal injury claims.

Julia Wischmeier, a Tampa-based member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group and Quarles team of native and fluent German-speaking attorneys counsels domestic and international clients on complex litigation matters in a variety of areas.
