BOSTON, MA—Emily Ladd-Kravitz, co-chair of the Venture Capital & Emerging Technology Group of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, presented on the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts (WBA) panel, “Beyond the Term Sheet: Paths Through Private Capital Law,” Sept. 9. Ladd-Kravitz and her fellow panelists reflected on the decisions, opportunities, and challenges that shaped their careers. They provided a behind-the-scenes look at how lawyers support investment platforms, guide complex transactions, and position themselves for advancement in a field that rewards both technical excellence and commercial judgment. The program was open to all.
Ladd-Kravitz focuses her legal practice on complex corporate transactions and representation of institutional investors across a variety of industries and private companies in all stages of their life cycles.
