NEW YORK, NY—King & Spalding announced that Ted Dillman has joined the firm as a partner in its Finance & Restructuring practice group. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Dillman advises debtors, creditors, private equity sponsors, investment funds and strategic buyers on complex restructurings, distressed M&A transactions, out-of-court workouts, special situations investments and related corporate matters. His experience includes large-scale Chapter 11 cases, cross-border restructurings, creditor-side engagements and sponsor-led restructurings, with particular focus in the retail, consumer products, technology, communications and healthcare sectors.
