SAN FRANCISCO, CA—Hausfeld announced that Thomas E. “Tom” Loeser has joined the firm as a partner in its San Francisco office and as a member of its Technology & Data Breach practice. A veteran of some of the largest consumer and privacy class actions in the country, Tom brings deep technical fluency and decades of courtroom experience to the firm. His arrival expands Hausfeld’s Technology & Data Breach team nationally and deepens the firm’s bench on the West Coast in particular.
Tom brings more than 27 years of legal experience to Hausfeld, including nearly two decades leading complex consumer and data breach and privacy class actions and nearly five years as a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles, where he served in the elite Cyber and Intellectual Property Crimes Section.
