Danielle Pascale Joins Thompson Coburn to Counsel Institutions on Misconduct Prevention, Investigations and Defense

NEW YORK, NY—Danielle Pascale, a trial lawyer and former Deputy Bureau Chief with more than two decades of experience in high-stakes matters involving allegations of abuse and misconduct, has joined Thompson Coburn LLP as a partner in its New York office. Most recently Managing Partner of Tyson & Mendes’ New York and Connecticut offices, Pascale has tried cases throughout the United States and advises and defends schools, nonprofit and religious organizations, municipalities, commercial entities and their insurers, from the first report through investigation, litigation, trial and appeal.
