SEATTLE, WA—Snell & Wilmer announced that Kelsey Shewbert, Mariana Bacil Williams, and Jennifer Jamison have joined the firm’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials group. Their arrivals complete the addition of a team from HWS Law Group, following the recent arrival of partner Anthony R. Scisciani in Seattle. Shewbert joins as counsel and Williams joins as an associate in Seattle, while Jamison joins as an associate in Portland. Together, the group enhances the firm’s litigation capabilities throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Shewbert brings significant experience representing clients in complex civil and commercial litigation matters, including catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, product liability, premises liability, medical and professional liability, and construction defects.
Williams represents clients in both litigation and transactional matters, including advising on construction defect, contract disputes, product liability, corporate governance, and commercial litigation matters.
