Ms. Ikpe joins the firm from Meland Budwick, P.A., where she was a partner and advised large and emerging businesses in complex, high-stakes disputes and risk-sensitive decisions.
Ms. Ikpe joins the firm with over a decade of experience representing businesses, executives, and stakeholders in sophisticated commercial disputes, including breaches of contract and fiduciary duties, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, fraud, insolvency disputes, and other business torts. She has significant experience in handling disputes involving emerging technologies and cybersecurity.
