DALLAS, TX—FBFK Law represented Frisco, Texas-based Quest Events, a national leader in live event draping and modular scenic solutions, in its acquisition by private equity firm Third Space Partners. Founded in 1998, Quest Events has grown into a national event infrastructure business with 17 locations, more than 5,000 customer accounts, and involvement in over 17,000 events annually.
The acquisition positions Quest Events for its next phase of growth, including expansion into live entertainment, sports, music, and other experiential markets. The transaction also reflects continued private equity interest in established middle-market companies with scalable business models and national growth potential.
