Angie Batterson and Holly Marcille Chamberlain
Angie Batterson is a partner in the Fund Finance Group and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Angie focuses on insurance company solutions and has represented many of the largest life insurance companies in deploying over $40 billion of assets in over 150 transactions in the past five years involving NAV, GP commitment solutions, rated feeder funds, secondaries funds, liquidity facilities, private capital back leverage and other private equity bespoke credit solutions.
Holly Chamberlain is co-chair of Cadwalader’s Finance Group, head of the firm’s Real Estate Finance practice and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Her practice focuses on real estate finance as well as matters affecting property owners’ ownership, acquisition and disposition of real estate interests. She represents lenders in the financing of a range of properties and advises clients on a wide range of transactions
