Kelley Kronenberg’s Leadership

Michael J. Fichtel is a principal partner and chief executive officer of the firm. Having joined the firm upon his admission to the Florida Bar in 1987, achieving partnership and success under the firm’s original leadership in 2010, Fichtel was selected to serve as CEO and managing partner. In his position, he seized the opportunity to implement his vision of expanding and diversifying the firm to one of national acclaim. With the understanding that the firm’s strength would be dependent on the foundation of its attorneys and staff, the business model focuses on attracting the industry’s finest by providing the business resources and compensation structure needed to maximize job satisfaction and earning potential. Fichtel is unwavering in his commitment to the firm’s transformation. Howard L. Wander is a principal partner and chief operating officer of the firm. He serves as chair of the firm’s property and casualty practice group, personal injury practice (PIP), and regulated substances practice group (RSPG). As COO, with over 30 years of business and operational successes and experience, Wander focuses on revenue generation and profitability, identifying, initiating, driving and generating new business opportunities for the firm, while expanding upon current business relationships and partnerships. Acting as a force and catalyst to new business, he is actively and directly involved in the firm’s on-going development and growth, being instrumental in the firm’s expansion and evolution from a local to a state-wide to a national platform. Wander also serves as the firm’s co-marketing partner, overseeing public relations, business development, judicial, political business and philanthropic activities across the United States. Wander’s entrepreneurial vision has led to the formation of several successful business practice areas within the firm.

Heath S. Eskalyo is a principal partner and chief financial officer of the firm. He has been instrumental in the firm’s growth transitioning from a localized and regional statewide practice focus to a law firm with national reach and presence. As CFO, Eskalyo plays a major role in the firm’s profitability and business development efforts, utilizing over 30 years of experience and savvy business acumen to position and allow the firm to act as a disruptor in the legal industry with a progressive and unique sales and operational model that fosters revenue generation and expansion of services.

A civil trial litigator, Eskalyo focuses his practice on workers’ compensation, OSHA, Defense Base Act claims, insurance fraud, civil liability, construction law and occupational accident and truckers occupational insurance claims. As an active driver of new and ongoing business, Eskalyo also serves as the firm’s co-marketing partner, overseeing public relations, business development, judicial, political and charitable activities.
