ATLANTA, GA—Baker Donelson has added Kristin S. Tucker as of counsel in the Firm’s Atlanta office, where she joins the Commercial Litigation Group.
An experienced commercial litigator, Tucker represents businesses and individuals in complex, high-stakes disputes, with particular experience in partnership and minority shareholder disputes, contract and business tort claims, real estate litigation, and intellectual property matters.
Throughout her career, Tucker has represented clients in complex disputes involving contracts, business torts, partnership and shareholder matters, real estate, trade secrets, and other intellectual property issues. She has litigated matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts and has represented clients in disputes involving significant financial exposure and complex legal and factual issues.
