The Miami office is led by shareholder, Richard “Rick” Morgan, who is also a former member of the firm’s board of directors. He was a long-time member of the board of governors for the Sylvester Comprehensive Center at the University of Miami. He is also a member of the board of trustees at Wagner College and works with myriad local philanthropic organizations including Banyan Heath Systems, Habitat for Humanity, D-FY-IT and Camillus House, a full-service center that offers a continuum of care for persons who are poor and homeless. He also spent well over a decade coaching youth sports in south Miami.
