BIRMINGHAM, AL—Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Delaney L. Beier has joined the firm’s Environmental Law Practice Group in Birmingham.
Ms. Beier is an associate who counsels clients on environmental matters arising out of agency proceedings, enforcement actions, permitting, compliance and due diligence matters, transactions, brownfield redevelopment and litigation. She works with clients across different industries to find practical solutions to the complex environmental law issues they are facing.
Ms. Beier has experience with various regulations and agencies, including CERCLA/Superfund, the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, and various state counterparts. She also is equipped to assist clients with accidental releases and various reporting requirements to the U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board and the National Response Center.
