BIRMINGHAM, AL—Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Robert Maddox, a partner in the firm’s Birmingham office, has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).
Founded in 1978, the ACREL is a national association of preeminent commercial real estate lawyers focused on service to clients, colleagues, and the profession. Admission is by invitation only after a rigorous screening process that demonstrates the member’s outstanding legal ability, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law.
Mr. Maddox serves as chair of Bradley’s Banking & Financial Services Practice Group and practices in financial services litigation with an emphasis on most facets of the commercial real estate and mortgage industry, including origination, warehouse lending, pooling and servicing agreements, loan repurchase disputes, investor disputes, secondary market representations and warranties, servicing matters, commercial mortgages, settlement services issues and mortgage fraud.
