For the second year in a row, Vault has named Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC its “Best Mid-Size Law Firm to Work For.” In addition to taking the top overall spot, the firm also ranked first in the Firm Culture, Satisfaction and Quality of Work categories.
In responses to Vault’s survey, Lightfoot associates touted the firm’s family-like culture, stellar transparency, and outstanding and challenging work. They called the firm “like none other” and one said that “Lightfoot does a great job of feeling like a family.” Another Lightfoot associate commented, “This has been the best job I’ve ever held. I hear horror stories from my colleagues at other firms and simply cannot relate.”

The Best Midsize Firms to Work For rankings are derived from Vault’s Law Firm Associate Survey, in which associates at midsize firms — those with approximately 150 attorneys or fewer — rated and commented on various aspects of their work life.
Lightfoot was first named Vault’s “Best Mid-Size Law Firm to Work For” in 2018, unseating the previous two-time champion.
