Maynard Cooper & Gale is pleased to welcome Kyle Heslop to its Health Care Regulatory and Health Care Public Finance practice groups. An experienced Associate, Kyle will work in the firm’s Birmingham office.

Kyle’s practice focuses on providing transactional, public finance and general corporate services to businesses operating throughout the health care industry. In 2017, he was recognized as a Rising Star in Health Care. His experience encompasses federal and state regulatory compliance issues, employment matters, and health care related transactions. He assists businesses in a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business structure, formation and reorganization, and contract negotiation. In the health care public finance space, Kyle works on various types of transactions, including publicly offered bond financings, tax-exempt direct lending transactions, disclosure issues, tax-exempt compliance, and mergers and acquisitions involving governmental and 501(c)(3) health care entities. He earned his B.A. from Kansas State University, and he holds a Juris Doctor cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law. Prior to private practice, Kyle was a judicial intern for Chief Justice Karon O. Bowdre, United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
