PHOENIX, AZ—The law firm of Jaburg Wilk announced that Katharine “Kate” Myers joined the firm as an attorney in its insurance law, insurance coverage, and bad faith litigation group. Before joining Jaburg Wilk, Kate represented clients in insurance defense, commercial litigation, insurance coverage litigation, bad faith litigation and civil appeals at another Phoenix law firm. Prior to starting her private practice, she clerked for Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court.
A Phoenix native, Kate earned her J.D. from Sandra Dy O’Connor College of Law, Arizona State University and her bachelor’s degree from Lewis and Clark College. Kate is admitted to practice in Arizona state courts and the federal courts.
