PHOENIX, AZ—Jaburg Wilk recently had a diaper drive to benefit families who are clients and prospective clients of NOAH – Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health. Employees of Jaburg Wilk donated diapers, wipes, and Aquaphor cream. There were more than 11,000 diapers collected through employee donations! The two-day distribution event distributed these baby and toddler essentials to more than 100 families. An additional, and unexpected, bonus included connecting families with NOAH who did not know about their services which includes access to primary care and pediatric healthcare appointments, as well as other community-based resources.
NOAH is a Federally-Qualified Health Center has been serving North Phoenix, Glendale, and Scottsdale since 1997. The health center has evolved from a single pediatric nurse practitioner to six fixed health centers in the north Valley, providing access to quality primary medical, dental, and behavioral health services to more than 40,000 children and adults per year. NOAH helps all in need of care, regardless of ability to pay.
