ORLANDO, FL—Ball Janik LLP welcomed Orlando associate Nicholas Wright to the firm’s Construction Defect Practice Group. Wright brings nearly a decade of civil litigation experience to Ball Janik, with a background spanning construction defect, premises liability, automobile negligence, negligent security, and wrongful death matters.
In his new role, Wright will draw on his broad litigation background to help represent community associations, property owners, and other clients pursuing recovery for construction-related damages. He has represented clients through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation to trial preparation, and has managed the procedural and evidentiary demands of complex civil cases.
