Barnes and Thornburg Welcomes Partner Sara Olschewske in to Their Labor and Employment Practice in Nashville

NASHVILLE, TN—Barnes & Thornburg announced today that Sara E. Olschewske has joined the firm as a partner in its Labor and Employment practice in Nashville. The move comes after the addition of partner Thomas P. Stafford, who focuses on employee stock ownership plans and employee benefits, in Indianapolis last month. Olschewske concentrates her practice primarily on traditional labor relations, including representing employers before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). She has successfully represented employers in union campaigns and negotiations and defended them in grievance and arbitration procedures, unfair labor charges, objections to elections, and board hearings and trials. She also defends employers against harassment and discrimination claims.
