Brown Rudnick Launches National Security Practice in D.C. With Seven Person Team

Gilman-PatrickWASHINGTON, D.C.—Brown Rudnick today announced that the firm is launching a National Security practice and growing its Washington, D.C. presence, bringing on a seven-person team with significant experience in the U.S. government’s defense, security, and intelligence communities to help clients address increasing global risk.

The National Security team is led by Patrick Gilman, and includes partner Joshua Johnson, counsel Eric Widmar, Director of Intelligence Glenn Corn, and three associates. The team has substantial global military, intelligence, and security experience, including with the Department of War, Intelligence Community, Department of State, Department of the Treasury, Department of Justice, and foreign governments, and helps clients manage political upheaval, regional conflicts, and cyberthreats. The group also has deep experience investigating, prosecuting, and defending criminal and high-profile disputes.
