SAN FRANCISCO—Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Walter C. Pfeffer as a shareholder in its San Francisco office. Pfeffer, who joins the firm’s Unfair Competition and Trade Secrets practice group, was previously a partner with Singer Cashman LLP. His work involves managing all aspects of litigation from the pleadings through trial. In addition to handling active litigation, Pfeffer counsels his clients on pre-litigation negotiations and strategic business decisions.

Pfeffer has represented companies in a wide range of industries, including banking, retail, construction, food, electronics and technology. With a particular skillset in eDiscovery, he has achieved multiple pre-discovery dismissals and managed several large eDiscovery teams.

Pfeffer received his J.D. from the New York University School of Law and his B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
