Guan has defended clients in several types of general liability insurance matters. He has handled all aspects of discovery, including briefs, requests and responses, as well as pre-trial motions and motions for summary judgment. Prior to graduating from law school, Guan clerked for an insurance defense firm, representing clients in various general liability matters. He is fluent in Mandarin.
